Delivery times

Sohoostyle uses the Post Office delivery services, through standard order (PAC) or SEDEX (as long as it is available in your city).

In the cart, for each item included in the order, the deadline is again informed, which may vary due to the greater number of units in an order, which changes the weight and volume upon delivery.

In any circumstance, the period only comes into effect after payment has cleared, which is when we will ship the product.

The delivery period may be extended in the event of floods, flooding, postal strikes or for any other reasons that may characterize unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure. In these cases, our company will not incur any burden or compensation to the customer resulting from any delay in delivery, as provided for by current legislation.

Shipping costs for your purchases vary depending on the location, weight and volume of the products.

To calculate the shipping cost to be paid, simply choose the product, click Buy and enter the zip code of the delivery location.


Resending the order

In cases of incorrect or non-existent address, missing recipient or any other situation that makes delivery impossible, the delivery person will return the order to Sohoostyle who will contact the customer to schedule re-delivery.
