Exchange and Refund Policy
At SohooStyle , our priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from our online store. If the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a simplified and transparent exchange and refund process.
Exchange and Return Deadline:
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered: without signs of use , with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund:
1. Send an email to comercial@sohoostyle.com or contact us via WhatsApp , informing the order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
2. Our team will guide you on the next steps to return the product for analysis.
Conditions for Exchange and Return:
• The product must be in perfect condition , accompanied by the Invoice .
• The first exchange is free . For additional exchanges in the same order, shipping may be charged.
• Products on sale cannot be exchanged, except in cases of defect.
• Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of defect.
Reimbursement:
If you choose to return the product, the amount paid will be refunded through the same payment method used in the purchase , within 14 days after approval of the return and receipt of the product. If payment was made by credit card, the amount will be credited on the next or subsequent invoice, depending on the card administrator.
Exchange Options:
After analyzing the returned product, you can choose to:
• Exchange for a product of equal value.
• Receive a credit for future purchases in our store.
Analysis Period:
After receiving the item at our distribution center, we will analyze it within 5 business days . You will be notified by email or WhatsApp about the approval or rejection of the exchange or return.
